Our lever ball valve sets allow you to fit a new outlet to a flat section of your tank or pond and safely isolate it. Simply drill a suitable sized hole for your tank connector, ensuring you have sufficient flat area all around the hole for the flange of your tank connector to fit flush against the internal wall.
Push your tank connector through the hole from the inside, with the provided rubber washer on the internal tank wall and the male thread of the connector protruding outside. Slip the brass washer over the thread and tighten the nut. You can then apply PTFE tape to the male thread and screw your valve on. A parallel nipple is also provided so that you can adapt your valve from female to male thread.
